Rice Pilaf (My way) There are so many instructions, recipes and advice and how to cook rice and quite honestly this is my way and it always works. The rice is fluffy and flavorful and I don’t ever use measurements. But for here, I will because not everyone’s brain works like mine. Ingredients: - 20 oz of long grain rise (I love basmati) - 40 oz of bone broth, or chicken broth or water - 2 tablespoons of olive oil Here are a few essential tricks you shouldn’t skip: 1. Rinse your rice...

Whole Wheat Bread Making
Whole Wheat Bread Making 🤩 This was an all-day process; I recorded it to share with you all. I have to be honest; I do enjoy bread making, not only because I love bread, but also because, growing up, bread was the main food source for every Albanian. We had bread with every meal 🍞. Making whole wheat bread is just as easy, and I did mix a bit of white flour in here. My sister is the queen of making bread, and every time I asked for measurements, she always gave me the same recipe: “some flour, some yeast, warm water to the touch, flour, and salt.” Well, I know what she means because I have been making bread using exactly that recipe 😂. The few very important things to keep in mind: - Use good yeast and make sure it’s not expired (I really like Red Star Platinum yeast. 1 whole packet)

Couscous
Couscous Hey friends, let’s take your couscous game up a notch! You’ll be surprised how one simple ingredient can transform your couscous. Whether it’s Vegeta, bouillon, Maggi packs, or Better Than Bouillon from your pantry, they all work wonders to enhance the flavors without needing anything else. The key is not to leave it beyond those five minutes without fluffing it, or else it m
