10min · 16 servings NO-BAKE BISCOFF & NUTELLA DREAM BARS 😍 A buttery Biscoff base, a layer of creamy Nutella cheesecake, topped with a layer of Biscoff cheesecake, topped with whipped cream and crush Lotus biscuits 🤤 I could have called these layered cheesecake bars… but I called them dream bars, because they’re a dream come true 🤪 (how cheesy of me 😂) Sound on for full instructions 🔉 All you need is: For the base: • 220g Lotus Biscuits, finely crushed (save 2 tbsp for the topping) • 60g Unsalted butter, melted For the filling: • 600g cream cheese, room temp • 100g icing sugar • 50g Nutella • 50g Biscoff spread For the topping: • 250ml double cream • The remaining crushed Lotus biscuits Tin size: 8” (my tin is actually 7.5”… the shops lied to me) Enjoy!
