Für den Mürbeteig Mehl, Butter, Zucker, Ei, Salz und Backpulver kneten, 30 Min. kühlen. Quark, Frischkäse, Puddingpulver, Zucker und Vanillezucker verrühren, Eier einzeln unterrühren. Teig in eine Springform drücken, Boden einstechen, Äpfel darauflegen und Käsemasse verteilen. Bei 180 °C ca. 45-55 Min. backen. Abkühlen lassen und servieren.
