British garden designer Sarah Price added low-maintenance grasses to ornamental borders to create drama and height in a historic cottage garden in Oxfordshire. Naturalized vignette created around white Moondance rose with Billowing fountains of shimmering Mexican feather grass (Nassella tenuissima syn. Stipa tenuissima) were swaying gently in the breeze and a haze of blue Russian sage, (Perovskia atriplicifolia) were in full bloom along the pathway. Nestled within this soft cradle were several pure white Moondance roses. Whidbey Island WA
