Pickled Strawberries Recipe
Pickled Strawberries | MyRecipes.com. Brine: 1/2 c white balsamic vinegar, 1/4 c sugr, 2 t kosher salt, 1 c water-boil together to disslove sugar/salt. Cool completely(1 hr), place 1 lb strawberries, 2 fresh rosemary sprigs and brine in 24 oz jar, seal, chill 1-12 hrs(best 8-12 hrs). Will keep week. Pickled peaches- 1 lb sliced fresh peaches, 2 mint sprigs in brine
