Part of living beauty-fully is eating beauty-fully. I recycled these leftover roasted veggies and made a delicious and healthy vegetable soup. Often, when I go to eat, I pray about what I should have. I ask God what my body needs and what would be the most satisfying. Coming out of food fixation and restricting calories, I have found great freedom and healing in my relationship with food. I don't count calories and I enjoy every bite. Healthy and delicious: my two main ingredients.
