Nashville Predators' Stained Glass Wind Chime - Etsy

This unique Nashville Predators' wind chime is made using team colors of gold and blue stained glass. Each specialty cut glass piece is hung using a 50# test beaded nylon line. The beading is done using the same team colors of blue and gold. Glass tube spacers are used between the bead groups. The Nashville Predators are a professional ice hockey team based in Nashville, Tennessee. They compete in the National Hockey League as a member of the Central Division. The wind chime has 6 hangers hung from a round 5 inch natural pine wooden plaque. The beaded hangers are done in the same colors of deep blue and gold and average 6 inches long with each piece of stained glass approximately 4 inches long by 2 inches wide. The plaque is hung using three 3.5 inch chains attached to the wood using eyelets and gathered together using a 1 inch key ring for easy hanging. Two official Predators' emblems hang just below the glass on either side of a 4 inch triangle piece of etched glass making the wind chime a total average of 16 inches. Each decorative wind chime is designed by hand. No two are alike; each is unique. I use a 50# test nylon line for the beaded hangers and a variety of beading materials: glass, metal, acrylic, wood, shell, and bone as well as glass tube spacers. The chimes are very durable and will withstand the outside elements fairly well excepting high force winds and gusts (I take mine down when wind warnings are predicted; glass will break under pressure). Or, hang chimes in a more protected area such as a porch, lanai, or man cave. The sounds generated from the chimes are soothing and pleasing.
