Inspired by Betty Crockers "Bunny Butt Cake" I invented these "Bunny Butt Panna Cottas" as funny dessert for easter. For the ears I took heartshaped ice-wafers (cut in half) and painted with white and pink icing and (on one side sprinkled with cocos). For the kiwi-puree you have to add color or you'll get only a very muddy green. Make the Panna Cotta in halfsphere bowls and cover in cocos once on the plate. Butt and Toes are Raffaello-Cocos-Sweets. Happy Easter :)
