Dressage Training Online

When riding, we look for stability, but not in the sense of a sumo wrestler. Riding is more like dance where stability, mobility and strength join forces. Stability for riding requires strength and mobility, a fluid dance between the two. When riding we need this fluidity to help us move as one with our horse.
