My Sweet Onion Dip 8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 C. mayo 2 C. chopped sweet onion 2 or so minced garlic gloves 2 Tbsp. or so grated parmesan cheese In a medium bowl, mix cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayo, sweet onion, and garlic. Transfer to a lightly greased 1-qt baking dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 325 for 40-45 minutes or until onions are tender and mixture is bubbly and lightly browned.
