Can you really get a great workout with only *one* resistance band?
Turns out - yes and yes!
Maybe you've been working out at home, scratching your head trying to figure out what to do with the minimal equipment you have.
A doorway pull-up bar, a random kettlebell, a pair of small pink dumbbells, a 50# bag of rice from Costco, a dog and a toddler that are roughly the same weight...
