The Mioroshi is a very refined style of knife used mostly for Meat preperation and excels at filleting all manner of Fish. Amazing slicing ability.     Master Takeda hand forged the Aogami Super Steel blade which is approx 7  3/8″ long (18.7cm) and this beautiful blade has one of the clearest full length Hamons seen!
