This Saraswathi Veenavani  sculpted bronze figurine is crafted using the 'Lost Wax' method of metal casting, also known as 'Cire Perdue', that can be traced back 4500 years to the ancient city of Mohenjodaro and is probably the oldest technique of metal casting.Vedic mantras are recited by master artisans, based in a small hamlet in Tamil Nadu, during their making which allows these statues to imbibe their powerful vibrations.
