New week guys!!!

So this is my 'workout routine'  I do interval running 6 mornings a week & then do my beginners strength/weight training 3 times a week.  I am a cardio bunny and have literally only JUST started weights/strength. The only help I really had with this was to show my Dad really only to ask his opinion on what I had picked (he added the bike & leg raises for me ) and to check if I had correct formation. My father studied some fitness & sports medicine plus has played various sports/stayed fit…
