• 1/2 Red onion, medium
• 1/2 tsp Thyme, dry
• 2 tsp Za'atar
Refrigerated
• 1 16 oz block Tofu, super firm
Condiments
• 1 Hummus
• 1 tbsp Maple syrup
• 1 tbsp Tamari
Baking & Spices
• 2 tbsp Avocado oil
• 1 tbsp Cornstarch
• 1 Kosher salt
• 1 tsp Paprika, smoked
• 1/2 tsp Sumac
Oils & Vinegars
• 1 tbsp Olive oil, extra virgin
Nuts & Seeds
• 1/4 cup Pistachios
