No Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Protein Bars- This is my go-to for protein bars.  5 ingredients.  2 cups dry oats, 1/2 cup natural peanut (nut butter), 1/2 cup water, 4 scoops vanilla whey protein, 1 Tbl flax seeds.   Mix all together, press into wax-paper lined 9x9 pan, refridgerate.  It makes 12 bars, 2 bars per serving.  I keep them in the fridge, but when I eat them, I like them room temperature.
