DAY 7: RECAP . Another great day in the kitchen and gym using Whole30 recipes and the 21 Day Fix Extreme workouts. Today brought: Breakfast: Fruit Bowl Lunch: Pepper, onion, broccoli, tomato frittata with chicken apple sausage Dinner: Cherry glazed BBQ Chicken with puréed cauliflower mash Snack: Shakeology . Felt good all day up until making dinner. While the smell was incredibly harsh for my nose, I still ate it but am glad I'm in bed now . It's so hard to cook and eat at night.
