Simple White Cake... I doubled the recipe, added 1/2 cup of sugar, and 1/2 cup of milk. Beat the crap out of every step (8-10 minutes on medium speed)... Ridiculously AMAZING. And seriously so easy. So far I've turned this into cookies & cream cupcakes, blackberry filled cupcakes, raspberry filled, and lemon curd filled. All versions are mouth watering. Delicious when topped with Vanilla Buttercream Frosting.
