Blueberry pie oatmeal cake - 1/2 cup oats - 1 egg - 1/2 cup almond milk - 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder - 1 t vanilla - 1 t BP - 1 tbsp chia seeds - 1/2 cup blueberries Combine all ingredients, gently folding in the blueberries. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes then let sit overnight. In the morning, cut cake in half and spread your filling: - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt - splash almond mik - 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder - spoonful @sweetspreads white chocolate spread - handful blueberries
