Ice wanted to make my own spring rolls for a long time and today I did! Rice wrappers (from the grocery) plus sprouts carrots cucumbers and avocado. Used a little sprinkle of my favorite panera dressing (not whole 30 but whatever) and try were so good! I want to make a bunch of these and have them for easy snacks during the day!!!

I've been spending mine in the kitchen dancing to a playlist, filling up my new weck jars with prepped veggies for the week, and trying out some new things (making my own pickled red onions and starting the process to sprout some chickpeas to see if (1) I can make my own sprouted hummus and (2) if my system will be okay with sprouted chickpeas 🤞🏽because I miss me some hummus post-whole30/paleo diet to heal).
The base for this sauce is my homemade mayonnaise mixed with dill, garlic, and mustard. Even with making my own mayo, this was such an easy meal to prepare and only about 10 minutes to bake. This is clean eating at its finest.
