Scooter Snacks Recipe Ingredients •8 slices zucchini (1/4 inch thick) •6 pretzel sticks, divided •2 pieces string cheese (1 ounce each) •2 pretzel rods, cut into 3-inch pieces •2 tablespoons spreadable garden vegetable cream cheese •4 cherry tomatoes, halved •2 pimiento-stuffed olives, halved

Magic chocolate mug cake 4 tblsp Flour 4 tblsp sugar 2 tblsp cocoa 1 egg 3 tblsp milk 3 tblsp oil Splash vanilla extract 3 tblsp chic chips (optional) 1 large coffee cup/mug Mix dry ingredients in cup Add egg and mix well, add milk and oil too. Mix well. Add choc chips and, you guessed it, Mix again! Cook in microwave and cook for 3 mins on HIGH. Cake will pop over the top of the cup! Don't worry:) Take cup out, allow to cool slightly, tip out or eat straight from the cup!
