Vegetarian Pho - we put our own veggies in the broth (green onion, bok choy, basil, bean sprouts, mushrooms, lime) but the broth base is the star of the show. We peeled the onion and shallot, used 1/4 t of Chinese 5 spice powder instead of the anise pod, 1/4 t ground cloves instead of whole and 6 C of vegetable stock. Winner!
