I used masking tape around the edge, making higher than shells. I used a resin, first I bought a small box from Home Depot called Super Glaze. I did one coat on this section and used almost all of it. I went to Lowe's and got a gallon of similar stuff, added another coat because some of the shells were still exposed. Tip: remove tape when the resin is dry, if applying another coat, tape it again. I had a heck of a time getting the tape off because I should have removed and retaped.

For #steamysunday ...just found out about this narrow gauge line (600mm / 1.97ft) the Waldeisenbahn Muskau in Weisswasser (Germany, on the border with Poland). Somehow small steamer have more charm than a BigBoy and heck at least they still run and not collect rust :) If any members have been there, would like more informations..(beside their website and wiki)..thanks in advance.
