Shivalinga mudra. Expands the total volume of air exhaled. Good with Viloma Krama (exhalation in 3 steps). Inhale through the nostrils, followed by an active, short exhalation in 3 steps. Also good with Malasana (squat). Activates Apana vayu, the downward moving current of energy, enhancing grounding & stability & supporting the purification of the body.
