Joghurtbrötchen "easy peasy". Ohne Aufwand.

Gestern Abend habe ich noch schnell einen Teig angemixt, weil ich heute morgen gerne frische selbstgemachte Brötchen haben wollte. Ich hatte noch Joghurt im Kühlschrank, der aufgebraucht werden wollte, also habe ich diese Joghurtbrötchen gemacht. Der Clou an dem Rezept ist die Einfachheit:
