“O beware my lord of jealousy! It is the green eyed monster which doth mock the meat it feeds on” (Act 3. Scene 3. 195-198) Othello's emotions for Desdemona have been manipulated by Iago. He thinks Desdemona is cheating on him with Cassio. Iago tells Othello to be careful of the "green eyed monster" that can be reffered to as an emotion of jealousy that will corrupt Othello's feelings for Desdemona, feeding on his innocence.
