To help us master the first meal of the day, we asked three female Olympians to share their everyday breakfast routines, as well as what they ate on the day of their Olympic meets.

VERY BERRY PANCAKES 1 package MF original eggs 8 oz water 2 packs MF Blueberry Oatmeal 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1/8 tsp. vanilla Thoroughly mix eggs and water using a whisk or blender. Add vanilla and baking powder. Gradually stir in oatmeal, one pack at a time. Make sure oatmeal is evenly dispersed and mixed well. Spray skillet with cooking spray, cook like regular pancakes. Makes 6 pancakes. 3 servings. Save 2 servings and microwave when ready to eat.
Nutella Crepes - Claire my Nutella fiend should love these. Me - not so much!
Breakfast: multigrain toast with one light laughing cow cheese and sliced hard boiled egg. Fruit salad, vanilla Greek yogurt and granola.
