The street sausage - It’s available worldwide, from pushcarts in Chicago and Ottawa to the ‘burgs of Germany and beyond; everyone seems to have their local sausage that is the best and not to be missed.
White sausage is a very popular dish in Germany. This is served alongside the usual potato salad and sauerkraut and is made of ground pork, chicken, and bacon. This is specific to Germany because the poor people back in the day would eat this because it was very fatty and simple to make. They needed fat to keep themselves from getting very ill or even dying.
