This recipe is a hybrid of what started as two soups I made. When I realized how easy it was to make the hot and sour flavor, I decided to give into the ramen craze. These aren't exactly upscale noodles, though, as I just grabbed ramen packets off the shelf and threw away the "flavor packets".
Ramen Noodle Soup - this was delicious!! I used chicken sausage instead of steak and cilantro instead of parsley. The prep was about 10-15 min and the cooking was done in under 20 min. You can use chow mein noodles instead of buying the cheap ramen packets. Big hit! Will be making it again!
