Very good. Modified as follows -- Preheat oven to 350. In microwave, cook bacon 5 mins. The bacon will be almost done. Spray muffin tin with nonstick spray. Place a bread round, made with cookie cutter, in each cup. Line the side of the cup with bacon. Crack an egg into each muffin tin bake for 10 to 15 minutes (or more) or until eggs are set.
Breakfast Quiches: chop up and layer cooked bacon, a medley of fresh veggies, and shredded cheese. Whip up 6-8 eggs with milk and add 1tsp of flour. Pour mixture on top. Bake for 18 mins at 350 and you have a healthy on-the-go breakfast for the week!
