With 3 kids (ages 7, 2 and 4 months), a full-time job and a long commute I was going crazy with chaos. I know we need structure in this house, and we're working on that in 2013. This is the chart I created to teach my 7 year old some responsibility plus give her an opportunity to earn money (we don't do allowances).
