A history back to 1929 with the two remaining locations here from 1931 (Grand) and 1941 (historic Route 66). When Dairy Queen couldn't buy it they came up with their very poor imitation the Blizzard.
Busch Stadium Throngs of red-clad Cardinals fans flood the seats of Busch Stadium for fresh air, barbecue, fried cannelloni and a chance to see a stellar game (the Cards made the playoffs in 10 of the past 14 years). stlouis.cardinals.mlb.com
Soulard Market is an enormous farmers market in downtown St. Louis. In addition to selling local and regional produce, the Market features clothing and home decor vendors, several restaurants, and live music. While Tower Grove Farmers Market is my favorite for local produce, Soulard is fun to visit because of its bustling environment. The Market also hosts a parade and celebration for Mardi Gras in the spring. Video Credit: Soulard Farmers Market
