German style: Schnitzel with brussel sprouts
#Beluga #lentil #salad with crumbled goat cheese. I used #beluga #lentils, orange and green bell pepper, apple, walnuts and finely chopped arugula/rocket. Made a vinaigrette out of chopped onion, olive oil, veggie oil, pumpkin seed oil, salt & pepper, fresh lemon juice, dijon mustard, honey and balsamic vinegar. Finished the salad with some goat cheese. Done! Easy peasy :-) Enjoy!

Hashi Izakaya (Japanese Kitchen) at Rosenthaler Str. 63, 10119 #Berlin. Ordered the Beef Udon Noodle Soup.
CôCô bánh mì deli at Rosenthaler Str. 2, 10119 #Berlin. I ordered a “bánh mì” (vietnamese sandwich) with “opla” (with fried egg). All “bánh mì” come with mayo, cucumber, tomato, fresh coriander and other herbs, pickled veggies and a special sauce. It’s served in a baguette style german “Brötchen”, which kind of confused me. This part of the dish could be less german for my taste. But I find the “crossover” and use of Berliner Brötchen to make a vietnamese sandwich dish very interesting.
