GARLIC BUTTER NOODLES (the easiest one pot pasta)
ingredients: 1 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp butter 1/2 small onion, diced 3 garlic cloves, minced 8 oz pasta 3 cups chicken broth 1/2 tsp italian seasoning 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup parmesan cheese 1/4 tap black pepper 1/4 tap red chili flakes 1. heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. 2. saute minced onions and garlic for 1-2 mins. 3. add the uncooked pasta and saute it in the oil for 2-3 mins until the pasta becomes a little toasty. 4. pour in the chicken broth and season with salt and italian seasoning. 5. cook until the pasta is al-dente. 6. turn off the heat, add butter and parmesan cheese. 7. stir to combine 8. season with black pepper and red chili flakes
