Crispy Chicken Wrap 🌯 Healthy High-Protein Lunch
This chicken warp is an easy lunch idea for those days when you want something quick, healthy, and incredibly delicious that is also high in protein! Ingredients: ✨1 wrap ✨20g corn flakes ✨0.5 tsp (smoked) paprika ✨1 tsp veggie stock powder ✨A crack of black pepper ✨120g chicken tenders ✨1 egg ✨1 tsp corn flour ✨Lettuce ✨Low-fat mayonnaise or Kewpie mayo Add the cornflakes to a bowl with the spices and crumble using the bottom of a glass or your hands. In another bowl whisk an egg. Coat the chicken in cornflour by sprinkling it on top and rubbing it in. Dip the chicken fillet in the egg mixture before coating it in the cornflakes mixture. Add to a baking tray & repeat. Bake at 200 C for 15-20 minutes. Then add salad to a wrap, lay the chicken on top, and finish with a squeeze of mayo.

Plus, it’s a great way to avoid food waste! All you need is: - 1 Wrap or sandwich - Olive oil - Optional: any hummus and other spreads or toppings you have at home Start by heating the oil in a pan. Flatten your sandwich or wrap with the palms of your hands and fry until golden, then flip and fry on the other side. To heat it through you can put the lid on for a few seconds before serving it up.

Burger Sandwich 🍔 I know we’re all looking for a healthy meal that doesn’t keep us in the kitchen for hours but still leaves us feeling content and nourished ✨ This quick and easy lunch idea takes 10 minutes and is a go-to recipe that ticks all those boxes — quick & easy to make, good for our bodies, and kind to our planet. Ingredients: - Bun - Plant-based burger - Salad, 1 tbsp yogurt, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 tsp maple syrup, salt & pepper - Hummus - Avocado Fry the burger in a pan. Meanwhile make the salad by mixing greens with yogurt, vinegar, mustard, maple syrup, and season with salt & pepper. Toast the bun and spread hummus and avocado on either side. Add the burger and enjoy.
