I don’t make the rules but apples and cinnamon is just one of the best flavour combinations out there ✨ Ingredients (Serves 1): For the apples: - 1 medium-sized apple, sliced - 1 tbsp maple syrup, plus a drizzle to finish - 1 tsp cinnamon - 1 tsp olive oil For the oats: - 50 g rolled oats (1/2 cup) - Optional: 1 tbsp ground flax seed - 1/2 tsp ground cardamom - 1/4 tsp vanilla extract - Pinch of salt - 240 ml water or milk of choice (1 cup) - Handful of chopped nuts to finish - Optional: I added some edible rose petals

You can easily meal prep these overnight oats, making eating healthy so much easier! - 45g oats - 1 tbsp flaxseeds - 2 tbsp (50g) pumpkin puree - 2 tbsp yogurt - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract - 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup - 120ml milk - 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice or cinnamon Mix together oats, flaxseeds, pumpkin puree, yogurt, vanilla extract, honey or maple syrup, milk, and pumpkin spice (or cinnamon). Stir until well combined. Cover and place the mixture in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight, allowing the oats to absorb the liquid and flavors. In the morning top your oats with your favorite toppings like fruit, granola, or a drizzle of nut butter for extra texture and flavor.
