Mama's Herbst Apfelringe
Zutaten: - Apfel - Blätterteig - Honig - Zimt - Puderzucker - Ei zum bestreichen Zubereitung: Einfach nur den Apfel in Scheiben schneiden und in der Mitte ausstechen. Dann den Blätterteig in Streifen darum wickeln. Nun mit Ei bestreichen und Zimt und Honig toppen. Schließlich in den Backofen für ca. 25Minuten bei 180° Zum Schluss mit Puderzucker betäuben. Schon sind sie fertig und bereit zum genießen
