Bring your booty to burn with this quick workout. All you need is a resistance band and a kettlebell or any weight. Grab your kid if you don’t have any weights at home 😉 ⠀ Do 4 rounds of the following exercises without any rest (or rest as needed):⠀ ⠀ 1 - Banded Glute Bridges - 20 reps⠀ 2 - Banded Single Leg Kickback - 20 reps each leg⠀ 3 - Banded Kettlebell Goblet Squat - 20 reps⠀ 4 - Reverse Lunges with a Kettlebell - 15 reps each leg or until failure⠀ ⠀ After each round rest for one
