DIY tinted glass jars
Difficulty: Easy Supplies • Clean empty jars • Modpodge • Water • Food colors We gathered our empty jars (the funkier shaped the better and made our tint • l used 1 tbsp Mod Podge and 1/2 tbsp water. (If it's too watery you can add more Mod Podge • We then added food colors to make vintage glass colors • I made a green and a golden brown and adjusted the color for each jar • Then we poured the mixture into our jars, turned until they were coated, and placed upside down on old paper bags to get rid of excess tint mixture • After an hour we turned them right side up and baked at 215 degrees for 45 minutes or until we didn't see streaks anymore • Let cool and that's it! Note* you cannot put water in these or the tint will come off In fact this is how you can remove the tint.
