The Dream of Cacao
During our early years (starting 2012), we developed our artisan craftsmanship of bean-to-bar chocolates and took the manufacturing process out of the hands of the big corporations. This put the chocolate-making process back into the hands of small innovative chocolate makers. The early days were a "constant free-fall". We put everything on the line to keep his dream of cacao alive. As we move into our new ceremonial forge, that’s exactly what we remain committed to doing!
