Jess Toevs on Instagram: "Refrigerator Dill Pickles: 1. Add 4-6 cloves garlic, 4-6 head of dill and 1/2 tsp pickle crisp to a large mason jar sitting on a towel. (Can add 1/4-1/2 tsp red pepper flakes if desired) 2. Add 2 quarts of sliced, fresh cucumbers to the jar. 3. Bring a brine of 6 cups water, 1/2 cup white vinegar, and 4 Tbsp pickling salt to a boil. Pour over the cucumbers until fully submerged. Top with a lid. 4. Let sit until cooled. Add a band and store in the fridge. Let sit for 2-3 weeks (I wait for 3), then enjoy for 3-4 months!
