Luscious Lemon Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake Cups 🍋
Ingredients: 1 cup graham cracker crumbs 3 tbsp melted butter 8 oz cream cheese, softened ½ cup sugar 1 egg 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp lemon zest ¼ cup raspberry preserves Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line muffin tin with paper liners. Mix graham crumbs with melted butter, press into muffin cups. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg, lemon juice, and zest. Spoon mixture over crusts. Swirl in raspberry preserves. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Chill before serving. Prep Time: 15 mins | Cooking Time: 18 mins | Total Time: 33 mins | Kcal: 200 per cup | Servings: 8

For the cups I filled disposable Dixie cups with 50express milk chocolate melting wafers from @bakers.express .
