Laura Louise Yoga | Yoga Teacher & Educator on Instagram: "SUNDAY FLOWING ✨ . It’s been amazing to get back into my sense of freedom and have my creative juices flowing again the last week or two! Not only in my self practice but in my teaching too! This week I’ve been playing with this shoulder opening flow. I’ve been teaching it as a gradual ladder style flow. It’s strong, opening, creative & just overall good energy! . Dave this to give it a go and try the full 45 minute sequence with me over on my YouTube channel! Kate Taylor 🧘🏻‍♀️ on Instagram: "Sometimes our yoga practice can become very linear, moving in sequences that involve us taking poses on the right side of the body, then repeating those same poses on the left. This is all well and good, but if we always practice in this way, our brains get used to the movement, meaning we can lose focus. Last week I decided to switch it up, working with a mandala flow. “Mandala” is a Sanskrit word that means “complete” or “circle.” We moved all around the mat, transitioning through poses in different ways to make the journey. The back of the mat becomes the front, we have a different view point, and we are pushed out of that comfortable linear style of moving. If you want to try this style of movement you can join me at The Spring Retreat @anahatayo Creative Yoga Flow Sequence, Slow Flow Yoga Sequence Asana, Dynamic Yoga Poses, Mandala Yoga Sequence, Peak Poses In Yoga, Power Yoga Flow Sequence, Yoga Flow Sequence Beginners, Vinyasa Yoga Flow Sequence, Power Yoga Sequence
