Hobbit Stove Installation | Supertramped Van Conversion | Small Wood Burners For Vans

Our Hobbit small wood burning stove has been installed in this incredible van conversion by Supertramped Co! The body, airflow wheel, and stand have been painted in Emerald Green, whereas the top and bottom doors are painted in Almond. Our tiny multi-fuel stove can be customised with a wide range of options and colours, and its solid cast iron build makes it perfect for campervans and other vehicles! The Hobbit stove can also be easily bolted down at each corner to keep it securely in place.

This is a shot for a blog post. I wanted the wood stove to have a fire in it but I was too lazy to start one and keep an eye on it so I did what any self-respecting photographer would do: I faked it. Inside the stove is a 1/4 power flash with double cut CTO and Omni Bounce diffuser. It was triggered by a Pocket Wizard. I was a bit surprised it had no trouble with the signal going inside a cast iron chamber.
