The book of Revelation has long intimidated me. All the symbolism and crazy stuff happening...it sounds like science fiction! But, since I've been reading it with the help of a study guide, it's actually quite awesome! And, it contains a beautiful glimpse of what our future eternal home will be like. :)

In Revelation 10, John sees a mighty angel descend from heaven. We're told the angel "had a little book open in his hand" and later gives it to John to eat (Revelation 10:2, 8-11).
