You don’t need to be a great chef to prepare salt-baked fish like at a restaurant and impress your guests with a special lunch or dinner!

Crust ingredients: 
- 2.5 kg coarse salt
- 6-7 chopped rosemary
- 6-7 chopped thyme
- 2 egg whites
- 70 ml of water
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- zest from one lemon
- zest from one orange

Fish ingredients: 
- 800g sea bass**
- a few slices of lemon
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- a few sprigs of rosemary
- a few sprigs of thyme
- lemon juice (for serving)
- olive oil (for serving)
- salt and crushed black pepper (for serving)

Process:
