To reheat:  The best option in my opinion is to thaw in fridge overnight and reheat in the oven on the middle rack still wrapped in foil at 400 degrees for 10-15 mins. If you keep them in the fridge, I recommend 3-4 days max. If you reheat from refrigeration and need it quick, you can microwave it (but I highly recommend toasting it in the oven open face."
