Save this video and steal my arm day warm up routine 💪🏾 

A proper warm up becomes more and more critical as you age. I don’t know about you but it’s easier to pull a muscle these days (like an ab or rib from sneezing 😅)

You can do this arm warm up routine 3 different ways and modify it for any level:
1. Bodyweight only (go weightless but focus on the movements.
2. Light dumbbells (1-3lbs)
3. Light plates (~2.5kg)

I love to do these 10 warm up exercises before starting my arm workout. It gets my muscles toasty, increases my range of motion (which is especially important as I have a weak rotator cuff from many years of softball) and of course prevents injury!
