Here I tried to make a 3 layer naked cake. Although not so pretty, it surprisingly tasted very good. Lesson no.1, I learned that you should wait to completely cool your cakes before you can frost. Otherwise, your frosting will melt and it will be harder to stack your cakes. Since then, I make sure to freeze my cakes overnight to frost and decorate the next day ♥️
