At the request of one Flickr friend, I tried to explain how I made the fondant strawberries for the "Strawberry Shortcake Cupcakes" I posted yesterday. One note is that I used Satin Ice Brand pre-dyed red fondant- it's just so much easier than trying to get a nice bright red by starting with white fondant.
